I recommend making a basic guide on how to use/edit skins using that app
(since not all players are wizards)

unfortunately, this IS the simplest way to do it at the moment. XNALara is incredibly easy to use, you only need to push 2 buttons to view your skin, thats it! so a basic guide is not needed. in terms of actually use the skins, you cant use them in game. in terms of editing the skins, you will have to learn photoshop or other software which can be done on youtube. i understand that this game attracts a young audience, and ive had a few children asking me to literally hold their hand through my tutorial (even to the extent of unzipping files -.-). Thats not the kind of people that this guide is for, its for people who already have a basic knowledge in this stuff and at least in computers. and it goes to show that if you have no idea what my tutorial is talking about, then you shouldnt be attempting this stuff yet.

Yes you need cinema 4d to open them, they are the unique format of the program. if anyone has cinema 4d, they can easily open them and convert them to objs and repost them.

Can anyone convert the acro model, Tupa, (old)Default dilo skin, All the alphas, and possibly the falcon to XNA files so I can use them/recolor on them?

    Thanks in regards.

Hmmm... anyone of you got any experience with using Pixlr? Do I miss out on a lot in comparison to a copy of Photoshop?

Pixlr seems only to be good for sketching, I recommend PaintTool SAI or Gimp

winzip you gotta pay for as well but you can also continuously uninstall it and reinstall the trial version. :P

Is this a problem for you? Strange. I've never payed for WinRar and I've had it for years. Every time I start it up, it asks me to pay, but nicely and I don't have to. Perhaps it's an older version thing.
