    How do I create water?

    How do I make an area in my map that allows characters to swim around like they are in water?

    Here, made this tutorial on swimmable water for you.

    If you'd like you can repeat this process but use the volume, 'PostProcessVolume' to edit the blur when underwater and stuff.

    managed to get the swimming thing to work but very hard to position. Also how do you add a blur under water tried postprocess volume but nothing

    Would you possbly know how to make the ambient underwater sounds play as soon as you go under the water volume?

    For specifically underwater sound, look at the section on Reverb Volumes. Or just take a gander at basictesting, it's all there.
