Lightbulb I have a question about old forums...

I got a question about old forums that I must ask on a forum(lol), why do people on old forums get butthurt whenever someone comments on a old thread and get all uppity about it like they got a death threat thrown their way? The reason I ask is because a week ago or so I was searching for my old JPOG skins and came across some JPOG Forums and the mods and admins on there seemed rather rude about it...

You see, they are riding a high horse. Someone should get them down.

"Necroposting" in general is frowned upon the internet over. Don't do it without a good reason since you're usually reviving a topic that's long buried and has been discussed to death in ages past. I think there might even still be part of the forum rules that applies to it in these parts, there is on the Steam forums, where it's grounds for at least a temp ban if someone goes too necro-happy.

oooooh ok, gotcha, no one wants to deal with a topic that's been dealt with long ago in the past, eh?

Because 99% of the time it already served its purpose so there is no need to.
