He also promised that the sequel was not a cash grab, stating he was doing it for the passion

I suppose I could update this thread a bit with some sort reviews of a few movies I say in the past few weeks.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 1: 6,5.
Good acting, nice story and a nice buildup that sadly ended nowhere because the movie had to be cut in 2 parts of course. This movies felt more like a war/propaganda movie which makes sense in the story but feels a lot different than the other 2 movies.

    Interstellar: 9.
Oh my gosh where do I start? This movie was simply amazing and although I can't really describe it very much I do urge everyone who hasn't seen it yet to go see it as soon as possible. Amazing movie all around even though the main characters had a lot of luck surviving all of that but that's just how movies work I suppose.

The Hobbit Battle of the Five Armies: 9.
Amazing conclusion to an amazing trilogy. I'll admit I was very sad when it ended just like when the LOTR trilogy ended. I am aware that some people don't like the Hobbit trilogy but to me this trilogy was one of the most amazing movie experiences I have ever had.

Well obviously he is going to be on for only 10 minutes he got shoot down by a black arrow. Could be worse though he could have been eaten midflight by the Winged Muto, Otachi or even Rodan.

Smaug's the main part of the film though, in the book hes the biggest problem the dwarve's face and to me hes the main focus he should of deserved more screen time in the third movie

They used too much screentime for Alfrid and the dwarf/elf romance. I would have loved to see more Smaug instead.
